Healing Your Relationship With Your Body and Food

Struggles with eating and body image often run deeper than food—they’re about control, self-worth, and how we cope with pain.

I approach eating disorders and body image concerns with care, nuance, and evidence-based support from CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness practices.

In our work together, we’ll gently explore the thoughts, behaviors, and emotional patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of shame, restriction, or overeating. You’ll learn skills to regulate emotions, challenge critical thoughts and social expectations, and reconnect with your body in a more compassionate, respectful way. I’ll help you get connect with a registered dietician and primary care physician who can help too. Recovery is possible—and it doesn’t mean perfection. It means finding peace, flexibility, and freedom in your relationship with food, your body, and yourself.
